Ignacio Gómez-Cornejo is industrial engineer, CPD infrastructure specialist and collaborator at Secin group. In his Datacenterdynamics article (part I) highlights the need of carrying out the alignment between Thermal management and the refrigeration design in critical rooms and CPD.

He considers that manufacturers should be more committed so he suggests a low – cost initiative with great advantages.

It should be point out that a great number of economical subsectors take part into the constructive process. This fact makes that this sector results on an important GDP, as Marcelino Otero says, it would be around 7% and 10% (Faro de Vigo).
Moreover, we should not forget about crisis time: construction is and it has been one of the major affected sector. However, property purchase recovers interest due to it rentability when renting. As SAREB affirms this rentability was around the 5.5% on 2015.

As Tinsa says, 2016 marks the beginning of housing market recovery; Tinsa also affirms that price will not fall although the price recovery will slow but progressive.
For two years in a row, Secin group takes part in the 4º E.S.O + EMPRESA Program in order to being involved with the society and education. This year, 4º E.S.O + EMPRESA Program has already carrying out its 
activity for 9 years. The program is driven by primary and secondary pre-school General Administration. It is focused on supplying the students a stay from 3 to 5 days in a company in order to make the easier to decide about their professional future.
Secin group has been one of the companies to welcome to Alba Alcaraz and Alvaro Serrano from Humanitas Bilingual School Torrejón . They have been learning within the engineering department at Secin´s headquarters.
Why do you consider useful 4ª E.S.O. + EMPRESA Program?
Alba: We can experience the day-to day in an office. We also see if we like the activity we would like to do in a future.
Alvaro: Seeing the day to day in a company as well as applying our knowledge.
What did you learn with your colleges of Secin group during these days?
Alba: The way of working at Secin group: they help us with their knowledge. I was impressed of how they fix the studies with their professional career.
Alvaro: Their day-to day and, as Alba said, how some of them fix their career with the studies.
Has this experience help you both to keep within along the same line?
Alba: Yes, it has strengthened my desire to continue with the idea of ??studying engineering.
Alvaro: Yes, we didn´t know how the engineers use to work.
During 2014-2015, as Educa2 (official website of the program) affirms, 11,323 students from 247 schools participated in the program .
