So much to learn
Some people give always more than they get

So much to offer
Lost no talent due to lack of a chance

So much to be thankful
Memory helps us not to repeat the same mistakes
Sharing you can only have more
In Secin we are convinced that we have a duty to give back to society a substantial part of what we receive from it. Far from being an exercise of generosity, it comes to balancing and above all justice.
Within our Corporate Social Responsibility program, we have a policy of involvement in programs designed to support the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.
In this vein, our commitment is to involve ourselves actively enjoying the day to day of those who we try to help and support.

Integration is recognizing that we are all equal and different at the same time
Everyone has a talent, skill or usefulness, we just need to discover it and provide them with a change
As part of our Ethics Code, we take very seriously the prevalence of collaboration with partners and contracting suppliers who meet the highest rate of employment of people with disabilities in their workforce.
Similarly, Secin eliminates physical barriers in all areas of action so that talented people meet their expectactions
We also try to contribute to the elimination of social and circumstantial barriers that prevent young people to approach to the labor market through an extensive program of internships and a very close cooperation with universities.
Education and training are the greatest legacy we can leave
A universal right that companies must ensure for our own regeneration
Access to training makes our young people stronger and solidary, assuring a better future.
In this area, Secin is always open to take part in support programs for schooling, access to education at all levels for people with limited resources, and as far as possible, open the door to the labor market.
The loss of talent is something that companies can not afford and if so, people should be able to identify.

The inclusion is the way for a sustainable welfare society
It’s in Secin DNA to help develop a better, more just and fraternal society
In Secin we focus our attention on four groups of social interest.
• We promote a more active and collaborative life of the elderly.
• We are not oblivious to the labor market situation, and thus we promote the labor insertion of the long-term unemployed and dependents.
• We actively participate in forums for young people who need advice, training and guidance for better employability.
• We stand for gender equality establishing equal remuneration policies and balanced distribution of seats of responsibility.
