Secin Engineering has developed an effective alternative to prefabricated elements and solid reinforced concrete slabs, winning the first in economy and the second in own weight. The idea is to execute a reinforced concrete slab with lightening elements in situ, which allows the finish seen on its lower face, but which does not have the problem of its own high weight or the excessive amounts of steel of this type of structural elements. The resulting structural result will be a slab with lightening elements but it will work as a unidirectional element. It could also be assimilated to an armed precast but concreted in situ.
