The most remarkable features about this project are great spans of 12 by 12 meters in the commercial area, with exposed concrete deep beams as wide as the pillars. The building is crossed by an elevated street, which forces the design to 20m long spans in the central area. Steel-concrete composite beams with just 60cm thickness will get round these spans.

On summer 2014, Secin developed the work on expanding the Montessori School (Madrid) with a new adjacent building as well as the refurbishment of the inside of the building. The new building, which is for public use, turns into the west wing connected linked with the existing building. It is a building with three floors and an attic. The construction site was carried out without modifying the normal teaching activities.
