It is about a stretch that will improve the land-based traffic at Talara, Peru. Secin Peru works on the widening, refurbishment and recovery of a 10 km stretch of a road in the city of Talara, located at Piura department (Peru). It corresponds to the known North Pan-American road being an essential part of the good working in the Talara Refinery. The works consists on a widening of 8.0 metres as well as the improvement in some areas either the layout or profile.
The route will be used for the transport and provision of sand and needed pavements for the refinery works. There will also be a sanitation and improvement of existing streams. It consists on placing transverse drains and filter material.
