The objective of SECIN GROUP is the provision of a high quality service, adjusted to the deadlines and satisfaction of our customers throughout elaboration, review, technical advice and execution of structures, putting the safety of workers first at all times, and performing a correct management of waste, trying to minimize the environmental impact..

SECIN GROUP assumes and integrates within its activities compliance with the standards and the reference standard UNE-EN ISO 9001-2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018 through its Management System, based on the following principles:

•It undertakes to comply with the applicable legal requirements and the commitments and requirements that are subscribed arising from the development of its activity.
•It develops as a working methodology the continuous improvement of its processes to achieve maximum efficiency and efficiency.
•It applies to its activities environmental behavior based on pollution prevention and respect for the environment, applying the best practices available, efficiently using resources and properly managing waste
•It is committed to achieve a high level of safety and health, preventing potential damage and deterioration of health.
•It promotes actions aimed at improving working conditions and reducing accidents, for which it has the necessary means since risk prevention is an integral and inseparable part of its activity.
•It promotes the training of our workers in all those areas that translate into a better service for our customers, being always updated regarding the latest developments and modifications of regulations, software and knowledge, and is   de committed to consultation and participation of workers  and, where applicable, workers' representatives.

Finally, the objectives set are not only limited to the improvement of our processes, but to the quality requirement of our suppliers, to ensure the highest quality of our services.

SECIN GROUP's policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. It is therefore known and understood by all workers in the organization, as well as continuously reviewed for the adequacy of stakeholder requirements..

Secin Engineering policy

The objective of SECIN Engineering is to obtain the full satisfaction of our clients through the elaboration and review of structure projects and technical advice on structure site, putting the safety of workers first and foremost than always, and performing a correct management of waste, trying to minimize the environmental impact. In addition to being fast, effective and ensuring compliance with the needs and schedules of our customers, as well as all the requirements applicable to the product or service.

The scope of this goal is based on compliance with the following principles:

• Structurally optimized that the most appropriate and most economical structural typology has been arranged and the elements are designed with these same criteria.
• Complying with the structural requirements required by the different regulations and the OCT (Technical Control Agencies).
• Offering collaboration on the basic architecture project to meet the above objectives.
• Within a deadline adjusted to the offer.
• The project does not culminate until its complete execution, so it is necessary to offer a technical assistance service during execution and solve the problems that may arise with the aim of ensuring the continuity of the execution of the work at all times.
• All activities should be carried out ensuring the health and safety of workers, applying environmental behaviour based on pollution prevention and respect for the environment and complying with established legal and regulatory requirements.
• Each member of this company must contribute from their position to realize our objectives, so the development of the training necessary for the fulfillment of their duties is maintained, the knowledge of the possible impact that their activity can have on the final quality of the product and the assumption of its responsibilities.
• Our objectives are promoted beyond our internal processes, involving also stakeholders and the context where it is operated (subcontractors, suppliers, government agencies...).
• The customer marks the measure of our quality.

That is why we are committed to developing and maintaining a Management System that is integrated into the General Management System of the Company, based on international approval standards that allow us not only to control our processes, but to carry out a continuous improvement of them.

The objective of SECIN Construction is to obtain the satisfaction of its customers byrealindo the execution of structures, optimally in terms of execution times, material and costs, putting before the safety of workers at all times, and performing a correct management of waste, trying to minimize the environmental impact.

The principles governing SECIN Construction are as follows:

• Put the safety and health of workers before anything else, complying with established legal and regulatory requirements.
• Make good use of materials by minimizing and correcting the impact on the environment.
• Initial prevention is essential to avoid possible errors and extra charges.
• Continuous improvement in construction processes, encouraging the search for innovative solutions and new ideas.
• Fulfill the structural requirements required by the project, the different regulations, and the Technical Control Agencies.
• Always execute the work following the customer's instructions.
• Deadline adjusted to the offer.
• Commitment of the whole organization, contributing each member to fulfill objectives of the company, as well as taking responsibility each of the quality of their work.
