LA FINCA Business Park is located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. It is a very known and exclusive business center that has taken a great number of multinational and SME. Since its construction in 2009, LA FINCA has offer security and modernity to companies such as Microsoft, Accenture, Orange or Santander Bank.

The property was Promociones y Conciertos Inmobiliarios SA (Procisa) which was founded in 1972 by Mr. Luis Garcia Cereceda. The Business Park is formed by 20 buildings evolved by wooden and stone open areas as well as sophisticated security systems. Thus, Cinco Días points out: “It is one of the most demanded business park of the Madrid Region; According to market sources, it has only the 0.3% unoccupied space which means a full occupancy.”

In order to get clear office spaces, the architecture was designed with big lights. The architectural support was carried out through metallic structure and Robertson composite metal roof decking. The foundation of the buildings is a compendium of typologies: isolate and deep foundations, pedestal-well, slab foundation with inverted abacus and micropile. The buildings structure was settled without expansion joints. The facade solved through a wall curtain formed by segments floor to floor and 1200 mm width. The bellowed-sealed union panels were 20 mm with elastomeric rubber junction.

The local government of Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara) entrusted to Secin Engineering the structure and closures as well as the project management of a gorgeous youth space. It is located in Castilla-La Mancha in the city town at the service of the young people. It consists of skate park, cinema, bowling alley, and concert hall. This has been made possible thanks to its large and open space achieved with the big lights of the draft structure. It has been done with the idea of providing an area where all youth activities are centralized. The project was based on sustainability and environment with an air conditioning system that was carried out through the geothermal installation. It is a system that uses the heat of the subsoil which has enabled savings of energy.

As the local Council of Azuqueca de Henares affirms, the building has been used by a great number of schools and centers. The municipal mayor Mr. Blanco affirms: “It is a meeting point for young people that offers different and healthy leisure options”.
